I like Bitch magazine a lot. I like their sense of humor and I like that they have found a way to make feminism interesting and accessible. I highly recommend picking up this and any other issue you can come across. While you’re at it, Bitch is also a nonprofit, so after you make your donation to Razorcake, you can send them some love too. The hard part about doing reviews like this is that one thing that sticks out in an otherwise fine publication. In an article about My Little Pony toys I read, “Just take off the pony’s tail and add hands to the front legs, and what you have is a human doll that could be used in a stop-animation pedophilic porn flick.” Okay, I’m going to have to call bullshit on that one. I have some experience with the My Little Pony line of toys, and while I’ve never had the urge to fuck one, I do know that they make fine projectiles. (They’re just soft enough to bounce off the skull without breaking the skin.) Ignore that page and read the rest of this great magazine. Oh, and thanks for the tip on Edna St. Vincent Millay, well worth the library fines I accumulated while finishing her collected poems. –Chris Devlin (Bitch Worldwide, 4930 NE 29th Ave., Portland, OR 97211)
